All those interested in participating in these events can already register through the online registration and ensure their place in both activities, which will take place from September 2 to 4 at the Cancun ICC, in the city of Cancun, Mexico.
After announcing the opening of the calls for papers, in March, the Organizing Committee opened the early registration period, which runs until August 9 and offers special rates, lower than last year's, for those who register until that date. The registration considers, in addition to the attendance to the TICAL2019 Conference and the 3rd Latin American e-Science Meeting, the participation in the gala dinner, the delivery of the event material, lunches and coffees.
There is little left for the closing of the calls
The calls, in turn, remain open until May 20 and the consultation period closes on April 26. In its 2019 edition, the TICAL Conference and the Latin American e-Science Meeting will address the theme "The student genome and the university digital metamorphosis". The papers must be sent in strictly compliance with the format established in the Authors' Guide of both events.
Events have individual and distinct calls, because of the different public to which they are addressed, the proposed thematic lines and, above all, to its way of approaching the digital transformation, the first from the Superior Education area and, the second, from the world of Science and Arts.
